Introduction
I am a seeker, enthusiatically seeking for a meaningful life. I am walking on the path of self exploration and which I do for almost 20 years, and experienced a lot of different pszichological and some spiritual path. Concerning pszichology I have been facinated by the wisdom of Integral Pszichology, prpbably the newest „branc” of modern pszichology, which tries and does it with success to incorporate all previous pszichology knowledge and also the knowledge of all spiritual pathes.
What I have learned – my qualifications
I am a creative coach – graduated in SCC, School of Creative Coaching in 2012, I am an integral consultant after finishing Integral Academy, I am Vipassana teacher, and yoga teacher. Before I started to seriously learn and explore pszicholog I have been a mechanical engineer, so I bring my racional mind into the pszichology and spirituality as well. At the moment I am also learning alrernative medicine healing.

What you can experience with me
I mostly work with techniques that helps my clients to explore their inner world, which can vary from a facilitated conversation, relaxation, NLP techiniques – working with the movies of your important experiences. I also love to use symbolum work in relaxation, which is a great tool to overcome some issues caused by experiences deeply rooted the unconcious mind. In case you need and open to it, I can advise some theravada meditation techniques or yoga practice.
This is how usually the our cooperation works:
- First wee meet for an intriduction and a little bit of free talk about your life, and possibly areas that you would like to work on. This is usually 1,5 hours, and has a bit of discount regarding the normal fee. The first intrutional meeting is 6.000 HUF.
- If we coose to work together we can choose from different options in terms of how often we meet: weekly or biweekly. The price of theese meetings is 8.000 HUF (in case of my XXII. district place or online, and 10.000 in case of downtown location)

Integral Consultung - working with personal issues
Without self exploration, our unconcious mind drives our life just as much as our concious. Walking on the path of self exploration also means to get more and more control over our own life and become the sory writer.
Sound Healing
Sound Healing is performed by tibetan singing bowls and other very nice instruments such as handpans, didgeridoo, Gong. This has a wide range of positive effectes: deep relaxation, harmonization of body and mind, dissolving blockages, inner journey, stimulation of immune system… just to mention the most important ones
Yoga and Meditation
Yoga and Theravada Buddhism are traditional pathes of self exploration and self realization, with a very wide range of positive effects from teharpy to spiritual experiences.
